Agreement Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Alex Allred d/b/a Starlit Travel Guide, an independent travel advisor (“Travel Advisor,” “Starlit Travel Guide,” “we,” or “us”), and the client or lead traveler (“Client,” “you”).

By requesting travel services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and authorized to enter into this Agreement and make travel bookings.
• All information provided by you is accurate and up to date.
• You agree to abide by the terms of this Agreement as well as any applicable terms and conditions set by third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, airlines, cruise lines, tour operators).

Starlit Travel Guide operates as an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. (“Fora”).

• Client acknowledges and agrees that Travel Advisor is an independent business entity and not an employee, joint venturer, or direct agent of Fora.
• Fora is a host agency and technology provider, not a direct travel service provider.
• Client expressly waives any claims or causes of action against Fora arising out of or related to travel arrangements, advisor services, cancellations, or disputes handled by Travel Advisor.

Travel Advisor provides travel consulting, itinerary planning, and booking liaison services.

• Any agreed-upon planning fees are 100% non-refundable and due prior to the start of research or itinerary design.

Travel Advisor acts solely as a booking liaison between Client and third-party travel suppliers (hotels, cruise lines, airlines, tour providers).

• Suppliers are independent entities with their own terms, policies, and management.
• Travel Advisor does not control supplier operations and is not liable for supplier dynamic rate changes, schedule modifications, delays, service failures, or cancellations.

Client certifies they are an authorized user of any payment card provided for bookings.

• Chargeback Waiver: Client agrees not to file any credit card chargeback or dispute with their bank to circumvent supplier cancellation policies, non-refundable fees, or travel changes outside Travel Advisor’s control, unless services were completely unrendered or grossly misrepresented.
• Client agrees to contact Travel Advisor immediately to resolve any booking issues directly with the supplier before filing a claim.

• Passports & Visas: Passports are required for international travel and must generally be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel end date.
• Entry Denial: Client is solely responsible for verifying entry requirements (visas, minor travel authorization letters, legal clearance). Travel Advisor is not liable for denied entry into any country or boarding refusal by any carrier. Denied entry results in full financial loss without refund.

• Limitation: Travel Advisor's financial liability under any circumstances shall be strictly limited to the amount of commissions or direct planning fees actually received by Travel Advisor for the transaction in question.
• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any legal proceedings arising from this Agreement shall take place exclusively in courts located in Washington, Utah.
• Claims Timeline: Any legal claim against Travel Advisor must be filed within 12 months following the completion date of the trip.
