Starlit Travel Guide does not charge any client-facing planning, consulting, or service fees. Working with me to design and book your trip is completely free of charge.

Because you only pay for the vacation itself, all payments, deposits, cancellations, and refunds are governed strictly by the individual policies of the travel suppliers (e.g., hotels, cruise lines, theme parks, tour operators).

• Starlit Travel Guide does not hold client funds or set third-party refund terms.
• Any eligible refunds will be issued directly by the travel supplier according to their specific terms and conditions.

• If you need to cancel or modify a confirmed reservation, please provide a minimum of 48 hours’ advance written notice by email to Starlit Travel Guide so I can submit the request to the supplier on your behalf.
• Starlit Travel Guide is not liable for supplier penalties or missed refund windows resulting from untimely cancellation requests.

Unforeseen circumstances (such as illness, flight cancellations, or severe weather) do not override supplier non-refundable policies. Comprehensive Travel Insurance is strongly recommended for all bookings to safeguard your financial investment against unexpected disruptions.

My standard travel-advisor services are complimentary to my clients. I am typically compensated through commissions from participating hotels, cruise lines, airlines, cruise operators, tour operators, and other travel suppliers.

However, some services do not provide me with a commission. ( meaning, I can't book them as I don't have access to this specific seller )  In these situations, a separate service fee may apply.

I am unable to directly place or manage Airbnb reservations on your behalf. However, I am more than happy to help you research accommodations, compare options, find the right place for your trip, and create a personalized itinerary.

A one-time $25.00 Independent Booking Support Fee per Airbnb reservation will apply when you request my planning or itinerary services for an Airbnb reservation.

The $25.00 fee is refundable up to 48 hours before your scheduled arrival date.

Simply contacting me, asking questions, or allowing me to investigate options for you does not automatically result in a fee.

If you make a travel reservation on your own before contacting me and only want me to create a customized itinerary for that reservation, a one-time $50.00 Itinerary Service Fee will apply.

This fee applies only when:

• You made the reservation yourself before contacting me.
• I am unable to be added to the reservation as your travel advisor or earn a commission from the booking.
• You are requesting an itinerary or itinerary-planning services only.

You will not be charged the $50.00 fee if:

• You made the reservation yourself, but I am able to be added to the reservation as your travel advisor and earn a commission from the booking.
• You originally made the reservation through me, and later decide you would like an itinerary for your trip. Itinerary services for bookings made through me are included at no additional charge.
• You contact me before making a reservation and I am able to assist with the booking through my travel-advisor services.

Simply contacting me, asking questions, sending me a reservation to review, or asking me to investigate whether I can be added to an existing reservation does not result in a fee.

The $50.00 Itinerary Service Fee is only charged when you independently booked your reservation before contacting me and I am providing itinerary services without being able to earn a commission from that reservation.

Once an itinerary is requested under these circumstances, the $50.00 fee is non-refundable.

For groups consisting of more than 10 travelers, a one-time $85.00 refundable service deposit is required before I begin booking services.

The $85.00 deposit is not an additional travel expense. It will be refunded after your applicable vacation, business booking, or other qualifying travel arrangement has been successfully completed.

If you cancel your booking, your plans change, or you cancel after the applicable 120-hour (5-day) period following your booking, the $85.00 deposit becomes non-refundable.

My goal is to make travel planning simple, transparent, and accessible.

When I can earn a supplier commission from your booking, my standard travel-advisor services are complimentary.

Fees are only applied when I am providing services that fall outside my commissionable booking services or when a reservation has already been independently booked and I am providing itinerary-only services.

I want you to feel comfortable reaching out to me before you book. Even if I ultimately cannot earn a commission from your reservation, simply asking me to look into your options or determine whether I can be added to an existing reservation does not cost you anything.

By requesting a fee-based service, you acknowledge and agree to the applicable service fee and refund terms outlined above.
