Report Fraud

This is the only official email address authorized to investigate fraud, scams, impersonation, and security incidents within the Starlit Network. All reports are protected and managed through A.P.E.X. Secure Services, a Starlit Brands company dedicated to fraud prevention and security.

Payment Security

When collecting payment or other sensitive information, Starlit Travel Guide will only use the following methods: 

Communication from hello.starlit.teams@gmail.com 

A secure Fora payment page (secure.fora.travel)  

We will never ask you to send direct payment information, such as credit or debit card numbers, via email, text message, or social media. Additionally, we never request passwords or one-time verification codes or payments through unofficial links or unknown third-party websites. For any travel questions or concerns about security, please consult our travel advice resources. 

If you receive a payment request from any other email address or website claiming to represent Starlit Travel Guide, do not submit your information. Instead, report it immediately to starlit.management.official@gmail.com so our security team can investigate. If you're ever unsure whether a message is legitimate, please contact us before providing any personal or financial information.
